Motion that we approve this subdivision with the conditions as presented by the staff, this comports with the law that Belgrade area planned. I have seen nothing in the staff report that would show that it contravenes Gallatin County Sub. regs. or law, where we want to see subdivisions.

Condition #14 in the staff report: "Parker Drive shall be improved to County gravel standards as approved by the Road Department from Lot 1 to Thorpe Road." Finding that the Park Place Minor Subdivision complies with the Belgrade area master plan, Gallatin County Subdivision Regulations and Montana Statute, I would move that we approve the subdivision as presented to us with the conditions presented by staff and as we've amended condition 14 and added an additional condition 17.
